We depart from Mytilini at 10:00 in the morning. The first destination is the Monastery of Saint Rafael in Thermi. The monastery has been built in the decade of 1960, on the foundations of an older monastery, which functioned in two different periods of the Byzantine season. The next stop is the village of Mantamados, known for its traditional hand-made pottery and for  the formidable monastery of Taxiarchis. In the monastery, the visitor can admire the only orthodox icon which exists and dates back to 1.000 B.C.
   
Our next destination is the traditional village of Skala Sykamias with the paved alleys and the stoned stately houses, built since 19th century. Apart from the house of the popular writer of literature Stratis Myrivilis, another small church called “ Panagia Gorgona” dominates the small and graphic port of the village with its special beauty.
   
After a half hour distance we will arrive at the region of Molyvos, which is known as Mithimna. Very close to Molyvos, there are the beach of Eftalou and the medicinal spa. Molyvos' castle which dates back to the 13th century, with the paved alleys of the market and the local traditional port are the most worthwhile characteristics of the village. We stop for lunch in a place of your choice.
   
Later, we will visit the village called Petra, with the special rock on which the church of “Panagia Glykofilousa” with 114 stairs, is built. Near Petra there is the region called Petri,which is known for its legendary source called “Ahiliopigada”.
The excursion can be combined with a night cruise to the caves and the islands of Petra (Saint George) by ship exactly at the time of the popular sunset. The ship owns a glass floor. The duration of the whole tour is 3 hours.
Return in Mytilene and end of the tour. Arrival time 19:00. If the cruise takes place, arrival time 21:00.

We depart from Mytilene at 10:00 in the morning. Our first destination is the traditional village of Saint Paraskevi. In the village there is the museum of industrial olive production of Lesvos, which holds and presents the evolution of the equipment which is used for the production of oil.
Later, we will visit the first digital art museum in Greece “Georgios Iakovidis” which is located in a mountainous village of Lesvos, called Hidira, the place where Georgios Iakovidis was born. The works of art which are presented in the museum concern all digital reproductions. The comparison with other works of art either of the same artist or his tutors, and at the same time with the combination of narration and graphics, the Digital Museum “becomes alive” by making them more familiar to the visitor.

The next stop is the Petrified Forest which was created 20.000.000 years ago, after volcanic eruptions. In this region the visitor can see the largest trunk of a fir tree with length that overpasses the 20 metres, as well as many other large trunks of Sekoyia which arrive up to 4,5 metres high.
We go on to the National History Museum of Sigri. In the museum the most important fossils of the scientific research are exhibited. The seismic simulator which has been recently established, simulates the largest earthquakes in the human history. The paved alleys of Sigri, as well as the castle which was constructed in 1757 constitute the most important sightseeings.

The next and the last stop is the village called Skala Eressos. Sappho, who is the most widely known lyrical poet in the worldwide history of poetry, was born in 630 B.C in Eressos, as well as Theofrastos, who is considered to be the father of herbal science. Every year in May and in September in Eressos, the International Women's Festival (lesbians) which is known worldwide takes place and it gathers many people from all over the world. We stop for lunch in a place of your choice.
Return in Mytilene and end of the excursion. Arrival time 20:00.

We depart from Mytilene at 10:00 in the morning. The first destination is the Roman aqueduct in Moria which dates back to the second century, having a length of 170 metres and a height of 25 metres.
After the roman aqueduct we will visit the Archaeological Museum of Mytilene, where statues, pottery and jeweleries are exhibited and date back to the pre- historic times until the Roman age.  Then, we will walk inside the town of Mytilene, where we can see the Statue of Liberty. We will also visit the Byzantine castle, the ancient theatre and the church of Saint Therapontas in the central market called Ermou.
Our next stop is the Theofilos' museum, in Varia of Mytilene. In the museum are exposed paintings of the folk painter Theofilos Hatzimihail. The museum is accommodated with the “Teriant” modern art museum, where are exposed works of art of popular artists, both strangers and greek ones, as well as copies of hand-writings from the medieval age, like those of  Sagal, Matis, Picasso, Leze, Tsarouhis and of many others.

Later, we arrive at the beach of Saint Ermogenis where the water of the sea is crystal and green because of the pine trees. We will make a stop for lunch at the small port of Kountouroudia. After lunch, there is the capacity to go around the place by boat which  can transport you across the gulf of Gera and more specifically to the village of Perama of Gera. Return to Mytilene at 20:00.

We depart from Mytilene at 10:00 in the morning. Our first destination is the traditional village Agiasos. It is quite a big village at an altitude of 460 meters, which is famous for its paved alleys,  pottery, woodcurving, as well as the adoration of Holy Mairi. We make a stop so as to taste the traditional greek coffee at thraka (known as hovoli in greek) and the delicious local sweets. In Agiasos the church of Holy Mairi of Agiasos is located, who  celebrates the 15th of August. A huge celebration takes place, while all the inhabitants of the island come in Agiasos that day, even by walking all the distance towards the village on foot. The monastery was built so as to accommodate the icon which was transferred by the monk Agathonas from Jerusalem.

The next stop is the village Mesagros. The local turkish hamam dates back in 1898. The hamam was built by turkish workers for private use by the family who lived in the stately house.  The hamam has been renovated so as to cover the needs of a tourist.
